I've been happily married to my beloved wife, Cheryl since 1999. I was previously married for over 38 years to my beloved late wife, VJ who was taken from this life by Frontotemporal Degeneration, a rare form of young onset dementia. Her Journey with FTD lasted about 7 years. In spite of VJ's illness, we had a great life together. I'm the father of Mike, Nick and Emily, and have 3 grandchildren. My family is the greatest joy of my life. My children are grown up, and although I had a very successful career, they make me prouder than any of my other accomplishments. I worked in Product Management for Dassault Systemes in Providence, RI from 2004 until my retirement in 2021. [Disclaimer: The ideas expressed in my Blogs are my personal views and in no way represent Dassault Systemes.] I have an MS in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh and worked previously in major corporations, small business and a start-up. I have 15 years of experience selling engineering software, training, consulting and managing contract product development. I'm a co-inventor on several patents. I was a volunteer webmaster for St. Luke's Parish for almost 20 years and served on the Board of Directors for the Boston Product Management Association (BPMA). I was Director of Program Planning for BPMA for 2008. I was on the Boston-Software Process Improvement Network Steering Committee as Roundtable Coordinator from 2005 to 2007. I’m a past member of Barrington Yacht Club. I love biking, photography and getting out on the water and am an aspiring guitarist.
